Renault will be showcasing a variety of vehicles at the UK’s largest free motor show, as Regent Street becomes pedestrianised once more on Saturday 4th November. Visitors to one of the UK’s most famous shopping destinations will be able to take a look around the Renault crossover line-up, or test-drive any of Renault’s innovative 100 per cent electric vehicle range, whilst going about their weekend shopping.
On display at the show will be Renault’s crossover line-up of All-New Koleos, Kadjar and New Captur. As a Go Ultra Low manufacturer partner, Renault will also have its all-electric vehicle range on display with ZOE Z.E.40, Kangoo Van Z.E. 33 and Twizy available for visitors to test drive throughout the day, all of which are Congestion Charge exempt.
Test drives will take place throughout the day from the Go Ultra Low stand on Regent Street and will take drivers through the West End to Berkeley Square and back, showing visitors the benefits of driving a fully-electric vehicle.
The one-day motor show, with attendance expected to be around half a million people, takes place the day before the London to Brighton Veteran Car Run – the longest running motoring event in the world – of which Renault has been an official manufacturer partner for over thirty years. On Sunday 5th November, a newly refurbished 1900 Renault Type C, from Renault UK’s own heritage vehicle collection, will tackle the 60-mile course to the South Coast in the London to Brighton Veteran Car Run.
Jeremy Townsend, Communications Director, Groupe Renault UK, said: “Renault has been supporting London Motor Week since it started seven years ago, so it’s great to return to the West End with our crossover line-up and range of electric vehicles – catering to all requirements. The Regent Street Motor Show is now well established on the motoring calendar and we look forward to welcoming visitors on 4th November to take a look at our range including All-New Koleos as well as take part in Z.E. test drives in glorious Central London surroundings.”
