Motorvogue has officially opened an all new Renault and Dacia showroom, complete with service facilities, at a flagship site on the outskirts of Bedford.

The new dealership is based on the Interchange Retail Park at Kempston, close to the A421 Bedford Bypass on the southern fringes of the town. It represents a significant investment, finished to the most up-to-date specification for the Renault brand, and exhibiting a contemporary design with a comfortable, spacious and light environment for customers to browse the award winning model range. The 290m2 showroom accommodates a six-car display, while the site also has comprehensive workshop facilities with seven service bays and two MOT stations.

Motorvogue’s existing site in Clapham, Bedfordshire, will continue to operate in addition to the new outlet, but as a Dacia-only showroom with additional facilities for servicing overspill and LCV servicing.

The new site was officially opened on February 28, 2019, just in time for the first customers to take delivery of their new 19-plate models, with a dedicated opening event attended by Motorvogue Group Managing Director, Jon Pochin, where guests were given access to exclusive offers across the Renault range.

“This is a fantastic opportunity, we’ve brought Renault into the centre of Bedford so we’ve brought the products closer to the customers. It’s a fantastic facility and we can’t wait to show the customers the new-look showroom with the new corporate image. It’s going to help us provide a great customer experience”, said Motorvogue Bedford’s new General Manager, Ian Newey, who has over 37 years’ experience in the retail motor trade.

Louise O’Sullivan, Groupe Renault’s UK Network Operations Director, said: “The opening of a new showroom is always exciting and Motorvogue has put a lot of effort in to ensuring the very latest Renault model range is displayed in the best possible way. Our partnership with Motorvogue is going from strength to strength and while the attention is perhaps on the new facility at Interchange Park, the Dacia showroom in Clapham, Bedfordshire is an equally exciting development for us all.”

Motorvogue has been a Renault partner since 2016, with an additional site in Kings Lynn, Norfolk, alongside the two Bedfordshire facilities. To find out more about its Groupe Renault sites, visit www.motorvogue.co.uk/renault
