Following the announcement made last Sunday by the French Minister of Solidarity and Health, SRO Motorsports Group, the promoter and organiser of the Championnat de France FFSA des Circuits, has announced the rescheduling of the Nogaro meeting to July 10th, 11th and 12th. New Clio Cup should thus make its competitive debut in France in the streets of Pau from May 21st to 24th.
Renault Sport Racing acknowledges this decision, justified by the spread of COVID-19 and the ban on gatherings of more than a thousand people in France, and supports it in order to ensure the health and safety of all the participants and spectators.
Competitors entered in Clio Cup France should then start their season during the Pau Grand Prix (May 21-24), the new opening round of the Championnat de France FFSA des Circuits.
