The third Paris ePrix confirmed the popular success of Formula E with numerous well-known figures and supporters turning up to cheer on Renault e.dams and their drivers. The Renault Z.E. range was highlighted in the eVillage and on the track in the parade of electric vehicles in front of the Parisian public.
The first Rome ePrix enjoyed huge popular success, which was not the case for Renault e.dams as Sébastien Buemi and Nicolas Prost could only manage sixth and fourteenth-place finishes.
Sébastien Buemi won the two ePrix held in Uruguay in seasons 1 and 2. He continued where he’d left off by showing his mastery of the circuit laid out beside the Atlantic ocean by setting the fastest time in free practice 1. But he failed to qualify for the SuperPole shootout and started the race in sixth place on the grid.
In the hothouse ambience reigning on the Rodriguez Brothers Autodromo, Sébastien Buemi played his part in the on-track action in the Mexico ePrix helping the Renault e.dams team to their third podium finish on the bounce!
The first ePrix held in Chile was a real cliff-hanger that kept the crowd on tenterhooks right up to the last corner. Renault e.dams clinched their second podium finish on the bounce thanks to Sébastien Buemi. Nicolas Prost opened his score after a hard-charging drive, which bagged him tenth place.
Séb started from pole position and immediately carved out a lead over Sam Bird and Felix Rosenqvist.

Formula E has teamed up with The Climate Group as a Global Ambassador for EV100 - to help promote the widespread uptake of electric vehicles.
